The ranch is dedicated exclusively to breeding the American Quarterhorse. The focus of the ranch's breeding program is its stallion, Jos Neat. Jos Neat is a San Jo Lena x Cal Bar bred stallion, who with limited showing has double ROM's in cutting and reining, and was the AQHA Junior Reining Champion, Grand Nationals in 1999 and 2000. He also qualified for the 2001 AQHA World Show in cutting. Jos Neat's foals are eligible for the AQHA Incentive Fund. 2004 breeding fee to Jos Neat is limited to only a very few outside mares and by private treaty.
Outside stallions utilized in the Ranch's breeding programs includes Cat Itchie, Boon A Little, Cats Red Feather Mister Dual Pep, Smart Little Ricochet, and Sweet Little Pepto.
The ranch is dedicated to producing kind, well mannered, intelligent cow horses from traditional AQHA cutting lines. This is reflected in the ranches broodmare band which includes lines such as Doc Olena, Docs Oak, Doc Bar, Docs Tunder and Sugar Bars.
